Accepted payment methods

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AVS/CVV checks; 3D Secure 2 where banks require SCA).
• Apple Pay: biometric confirmation on iOS/macOS; secure device tokens only.
• Google Pay: tokenized PANs on Android/Chrome; no raw card data shared with us.
• Klarna installments: Pay in 4 or financing where available; eligibility decided by Klarna at checkout.

We never store raw card numbers on Ikagoo servers. Our processors keep tokenized credentials under PCI DSS controls.

Supported cards & wallets (details)

All methods are processed by PCI DSS Level 1 gateways with TLS encryption and tokenization. Some wallets or networks are region-dependent and may not appear for every order.

How we keep checkout secure

• PCI DSS compliant: payments handled by PCI DSS Level 1 providers; encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
• 3D Secure 2 (SCA): bank step-up authentication when risk flags appear; reduces unauthorized use and chargebacks.
• Fraud screening: device fingerprint, velocity rules, BIN/geo checks, IP reputation, and issuer risk signals.
• Tokenization: PANs replaced by tokens; recurring or pre-order balances use network tokens.
• Least data: we retain only what’s needed for fulfillment, warranty, and support.

Regions, SCA, and compliance

• EU/UK (PSD2): SCA may prompt 3DS2 in-app or via your bank. Wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay) often satisfy SCA seamlessly.
• US/CA: AVS/CVV and risk scoring protect against card-not-present fraud; 3DS2 used when issuers support it.
• APAC: some issuers require one-time passwords or bank app confirmation before approval.

Currency, taxes & authorizations

• Currency: you pay in the currency shown at checkout; banks may add FX spreads on cross-border cards.
• Taxes/Duties: shown at checkout where supported; otherwise carriers may collect on delivery.
• Pre-authorization holds: a temporary hold may appear; it releases automatically if we void or adjust the order.
• Invoices: PDF invoices are emailed after capture; contact support for VAT invoice details.

Klarna installments

• Eligibility is determined by Klarna at checkout; soft checks may apply.
• Plans: Pay in 4 or monthly financing where available; limits vary by market.
• Povrat: refunds post back to your Klarna plan; remaining installments adjust automatically.

Refunds, disputes & chargebacks

• Refund timelines: we issue within 1–2 business days after approval; banks typically post within 2–7 business days.
• Partial refunds: accessories or price adjustments may show as separate credits.
• Unauthorized charge: contact your bank immediately, then notify us. 3DS2 evidence helps resolve disputes faster.
• Friendly fraud: we provide delivery/usage evidence (GPS delivery verification, support logs) when necessary.

Troubleshooting common payment issues

• 3DS verification failed: ensure mobile signal or banking app access; try Apple/Google Pay for smoother SCA.
• AVS/CVV mismatch: confirm billing address and postal/ZIP; check card name format.
• Bank declines: daily limits or risk flags—use a different card or wallet, or call the issuer to whitelist the purchase.
• Cross-border card: enable international/online purchases in your banking app, then retry.
